I first encountered Rosemary (from a distance) at a conference where she spoke. Standing on the sidelines, and in the safety of the audience, I was instantly drawn to her. Her voice, her energy, the way she thinks and her passion - all, make her stand out. Years later, we finally met in person through a project in Calgary. She had the same spirit I recognized from before - but something felt different. Over the summer, I found out that Rosemary is losing her sight. Here, we meet, talk, give each other advice, reflect, compare and analyze shared questions and ideas. We also talk about what it means to live authentically - to be who we want to be as long as what we want to be comes from the heart.
